Sam Lewis is a Wellington-based stage and screen actor, theatre director and playwright. Their passion for the performing arts began in childhood performing in Speech and Drama competitions in both Westport and Marlborough. Since then Sam dedicated most of his life to the performing arts, leading him to pursue and gain a Bachelor of Creativity in Drama from Te Auaha.

A standout in Shakespearean performance, Sam was selected to perform at the Globe Theatre in London as part of the prestigious SGCNZ Young Shakespeare Company. His career spans acting, directing, writing, and producing numerous New Zealand Fringe Festival shows, short films, and stage productions, where he continues to bring creativity and dedication to every project.
