Talofa lava, malō e lelei,
My name is Kara-Lynne Enari.
I have been interested in the performing arts for as long as I can remember (a cliché, I know). I have been privileged to grow up in a home and culture that weaves song, dance, and performance into our ways of being. As a child, I was involved with ballet, contemporary and modern dance, as well as my own Samoan and Tongan dance, and a range of other Pacific disciplines (thank you PDNZ). I also long appreciated drama and acting, and have been blessed to see many great performances over my 23 years.
Today, I unfortunately no longer participate in these disciplines but hold a great regard and love for them. I am now a creative writing major at the Auckland University of Technology and have been blessed with ways to combine my love for writing and the stage.
