Sonia learnt ballet, tap and Highland Dancing to a high level, then Ballroom dancing which she later taught. She plays the piano (modern) and has sung in several choirs; has had three books of poetry printed and is a member of the Live Poets Society of Hawke’s Bay. Work as a desk top publisher continues.

As a genealogist for 45 years it has been her pleasure to lay out many family trees and produce books to match them. Now a great grandmother, Sonia has been involved with the Arts all her life.
