Helen Balfour is a freelance teacher of Performing Arts. She has taught dance and drama in schools worldwide for 30 years.

Helen holds a Diploma of Arts, majoring in Contemporary Dance and Theatre Arts from the Victorian College of the Arts (Melbourne University). She has worked in schools, community and professional theatre in Australia, NZ and Europe.

Having established herself in Wellington, Helen teaches part time, runs an Airbnb, works with mature students teaching yoga and meditation and dances with and is presently choreographing for Crowsfeet Dance Collective.
