Kosta Bogoievski is a dancer, choreographer, and dormant writer. He wades in the creative marsh of Ōtautahi Christchurch, where he resides and regenerates. As a dancer he’s worked with Okareka, Footnote NZ Dance, The New Zealand Dance Company, and numerous independent choreographers. Kosta regularly collaborates with his partner, Josie Archer, as ‘Josie and Kosta’. Together they do commissioned and self-produced projects such ‘Dance Danced Dancing’, ‘Pedestrian Guiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiidance’, and ‘begunperiodicpassageslapseswarpcompressionmiddleeventabsoluteconcludinghorizonturnending (Permanent Distraction)’.
