SEEING MORE OF NZ ACTORS ON SCREEN 
FREE to actors, agents and industry professionals  

Film NZ and the NZ Film Commission are sponsoring this seminar series which is FREE to professional actors and to industry professionals.  

It’s a chance to hear from directors and casting directors about what they want from actors in auditions, and on set. During this first seminar casting director Tina Cleary (Boy, Home By Christmas, Emperor and Jane Campion’s current series Top of the Lake) and acting coach Miranda Harcourt(Bright Star, The Lovely Bones, Soul Surfer) will use direct on-screen examples from American and NZ auditions. 
The following week there’s the chance to upgrade your American accent for free – with renowned accent coach Jacque Drew (Bridge to Terabithia, The Emperor).

NZ is increasingly attracting international productions such as Top of theLakeand Emperor. NZ actors and agents are eager to make sure that local talent scores great roles, and Film NZ and the NZFC are keen to support local talent on screen.
