SHORT+SWEET AUCKLAND IS BACK IN 2012
in association with STAMP at The EDGE.

Short+Sweet is the biggest 10-minute theatre festival in the world! Writers are welcome to enter no matter where in the world they are based.

The Auckland festival will be playing at The Herald theatre from September 18 until October 6th. This year we will have space for up to 60 plays across 3 weeks and I encourage you to get involved.

We’ve had huge success with both scripted work and work created by independent theatre companies so please start coming up with ideas and scripts and send them through.

Any scripts submitted to Australia since last years competition will be considered.

If you wish to get involved please register your interest at one or all of the forms below. We need scripts, directors, actors and theatre companies. Please pass this on to all your networks and see if we can make this the biggest Short+Sweet in Auckland yet.

Finally,

A post script to say that I am currently in South America and have limited interent connection. If you have a query feel free to forward it to me at jonathan@shortandsweet.org I will do my best to get back to you. I will however be back in New Zealand from June 25th or so and there will be plenty of time to finalise the smaller details between then and close of registrations and the festival itself. In the meantime give what information you can.

Please spread the word!
