 Ashleigh Pope has completed a BA/BTeach conjoint degree majoring in Theatre and English literature. She is currently working as a Year 5 teacher at a local Wellington school where she has assisted with Musical Theatre Club in the roles of co-director and assisted with choreography.

Over the last three years, she has done multiple shows with Enterprise Entertainment in both the cast and crew. She has been reviewing with Theatreview since the start of 2016.
