Tim Stevenson is a Wellington public servant (policy analyst) and writer with a long-standing interest in theatre. Involved in theatre at school and university, he was a theatre reviewer for Otago University’s Critic newspaper. Later in Wellington, Tim wrote / produced / directed fringe productions and did courses at Victoria University’s Theatre and Film School.

Tim has written novels, plays, short stories, film scripts – with surprising lack of popular or financial success so far, but is still writing. He has been inspired to get back into theatre reviewing by his teenage son’s growing interest in all things theatrical.
